MEDITATION CD'S

     Maria, Iowa's Angel Lady, released a CD in the spring of 2004. It aids in physical and emotional healing. "Angelic Healing" as the CD is titled offers spiritually inspired techniques to aid any individual through the process of relaxation as well as clearing the physical and emotional energy centers.
     A preview of the CD at a recent workshop received rave reviews. Many agree that the gently narrated affirmations coupled with soft background music offers a relaxing treat.
